Unique mobile number#230

When a user signs-up on the platform, they shouldn’t be allowed to sign-up with a repeated mobile number. Currently, the e-mail ID is unique, however, mobile number should also be unique. There shouldn’t be any duplicate mobile number alllowed for sign-up.
