Multiple course purchase by same person.#2162

Hello,
I had a situation where a student purchased the beginner and next level course using the same name, email and phone. But now he is not allowed on one of the course because system thinks its maxed out on devices.

The support suggested to have the student change the phone number.
Does this mean a student can’t buy multiple courses ? Every course creator wants to hold student for a longer duration and purchase multiple courses. Could you please help me fix it ?

I tried changing the phone number, but still the student is not able to login. Please provide me a work around on priority.
