Hi Team,
As per the recommendation of graphy team I have tried using the Graphy Beta 2.0 for conducting my Mastermind & faced the following challenge:
There was no reminder updates of web & email on starting of the class & for the reminders I have manually created for web & email push.
There was no way to share any invite link to my students as there is no option available in the graphy beta 2.0 to have any invitation link.
Because of the above challenge I had to use zoom by creating a new class.
Why zoom is still bettter than Graphy Beta 2.0?
Zoom is widely acceptable meeting/webinar/workshop or in general online classes medium all over the world for users.
Zoom provides multiple features that supports the effective & efficient conduct of any online course/meeting/webinar.
Users are still familiar with getting the zoom link rather entering into a course & than start theur class. They want the zoom link to click & enter into their class & that’s a very common user behaviour for online classes.
Zoom is engraved in the user behaviour & it’s difficult to change the user behaviour in short term and it will lead to increase in drop off rates which is unaffordable as a creator.
Conducting a webinar is very easy for creator & attending it for user with Zoom.
My Major area of concern:
Almost all have very low to no stake in masterclasses so it’s no concern for them to leave it or ignore it if that does not match their comfort level.
Graphy beta 2.0 is not giving that comfort to the user as there is no link & people already have zoom apps on their phones so, they simply want zoom link.
As sharing the zoom link can stop the webinar half way as popup message shows & even grahy team also told me this.
Please consider the above issue as important & urgent & let me know how to overcome this challenge at the earliest as the stakes in the Advertisement buget is very high.
