Question Bank and Quiz show different count for the filter criteria.#2110

Screenshot 1 - On the Question Bank page, it shows there are 25 questions matching the given criteria.
Screenshot 2 - But when I am trying to add it to the course, it shows wrong number. I am not sure which 25 questions it will pick.

Please help fix this.

Just to help understand, you get the above mentioned option on the Quiz screen when you select whats shown in below image.
