Chapter items / Chapter make available to drag on top#2084

When a user goes into the App, he should be able to see the LIVE CLASS on the topmost line item as a highlighted item. This makes the user easily access the lve class. Currently, he has to scroll right down at the bottom to hunt for the live class.
In short. LIVE CLASS should be the topmost item in the list.
This is a very basic request and i think all users may agree to this request.
