Paytm Payment Gateway#2079

Please add Paytm payment gateway. Paytm does not charge for UPI payments and the settlements are next day irrespective of bank holidays. Razorpay and Cashfree charge on UPI transactions and do settlements after two days and no settlement on bank holidays as if they go and deposit cash in bank branch. NEFT/RTGS/IMPS are available 24*7, therefore no reason to not to settle on bank holidays.
