Webinar reminders and WhatsApp Business API integration#1928

It is better if there is an option to send webinar reminders to the users 60 minutes before the scheduled time as well one more reminder when webinars starts.

Include WhatsApp Business API intergration directly without using Pabbly so that it will be helpful for people using WA Business API for automating the tasks.
