Customization Request for Graphy LMS#1795

We are writing to request a few customizations to the Graphy LMS based on our needs.

Firstly, we have noticed that in the mobile application, there is an option called “All categories” that we would like to remove. However, when we attempt to do so, we notice that the courses below are also being hidden. We were unable to find a way to remove “All categories” without affecting the visibility of the courses. Could you please provide us with a solution or help us remove “All categories” without impacting the display of courses?

Secondly, we are currently embedding human anatomical models from a third-party service into Graphy. However, we have observed that Graphy is displaying the models in a 4:3 aspect ratio, whereas our preference is for the models to be displayed in a 3:5 aspect ratio. Currently, users are required to manually find the settings, scroll all the way down and enter full screen mode in order to view the models in the desired aspect ratio, which we believe is not very user-friendly.

We have attached screenshots to illustrate these issues. We are aware that these features are already available in Moodle, and we would appreciate it if Graphy could provide us with a fix for these issues to avoid having to make a decision between Graphy and Moodle.
