Allow to receive notifications when a student reply to a comment#1751

We don’t receive any notification when a student replies to a comment. Please enable this as otherwise students are left without answers after their comment. We are forced to regularly review all the comments to avoid this which is extremely annoying and time-consuming.

Also in the name of notification in the community it shows a red dot, and we’re to go and search which community and which section of community has got a new message.
