Offline payment | access through backend#1481

Hi, Most my target user are illiterate so they refuse to pay through razorpay althogh phone pay/g pay option is there in razorpay, they asked me my phone pay number and then they make payment and again I have to manually add them into course, which is very time taking process because I need to manually signup for indivisual student, if you could share access code for my course prize, we are okay to pay 10% of course prize for that access code

Thank you for helping us understand your and your learners’ context. We understand that sometimes learners are not equipped to enroll and pay by themselves. Unfortunately as of now, course enrolment needs to be done by the learner themselves. We don’t provide an option where you can enroll learners on their behalf.

However, to support your learners through the process, you can create their accounts in bulk. Do this by going to Users ➡️ Learners ➡️ Import Learner data. This will help you import learner data in bulk.

yes but to Give access to my student again I need to do pay the fees which is time taking better give us access code

@Harshali from the Product Team at Graphy We also face similar situations frequently. Atleast there should be an option for the support team to enrol the users manually and take the required revenue share for such enrollments. But instead of making it simple, you guys are just complicating things.
