Chat option not active for sub admin#1450

I have created a sub admin kiraninfotech.com@gmail.com

Graphy chat option is not working on this sub admin account.

Kindly you please look into this matter urgently and activate graphy chat support option active for sub admin ?

By Graphy chat do you mean the Membership ➡️ Community option?

Please do share your website link and your (the superadmin’s email) id. It’ll help us diagnose the matter.

Please find screenshot of the graphy support ikon which is not coming in the sub admin account.

This feature is coming in super admin account, while , not coming in the sub admin account.

Do you need any other information from my side ?

1. your website’s link
2. the registered email address of the sub-admin for whom the chat icon has dissapeared

We have an update for you regarding this issue. It is not a bug. The chat option is only available for the super-admin. It’s not availabe for sub-admin.

If a sub-admin from your team wishes to get help via chat, they can do so from https://graphy.com/. They will find the chat icon in the bottom right corner.
