Providing Temporary Access to Learners#1305

It would be great if we could provide temporary access (Let’s say 10 session/10 days) to a specific course/package.

This will help in increasing conversions.

It would gr8 if temporary disable/enable button could be provided under each course, we can disable or enable the learners without removing them from the course and the learners can start the course were they left.

Hi there @Touheed Jamal @PERUMAL R We don’t currently provide the ability for creators to give temporary access to learners.

However, an alternative to that is you can change validity of a course to suit your needs.

Imagine having 100 enrolments in a day?

is there an option where we can automate this? or we can change the setting so that anyone with a specific access code joins in will have a limited validity?

Yes, you can change validity for a bulk of learners. Simply use the checkbox next to the word ‘Enrol’ (we refer to the green box in the image below). We hope this helps! :)
